Life As I know It


"If you don't hold on to something, you'll fall for anything."


Very true. There's got to be something that drives you to live your life the way you want
and achieve its full potential (life). Something inside you that pushes you to act 
and not just dream about the things you want,  make them happen. 

I think its just self realization that we lack
and the courage to face changes that are potential challenges.
Challenges that would test our endurance and strength, we are afraid of falling and testing our limits.
We'd rather sit around and have this entire daily routine that we do everyday. BORING
Nothing that's really challenging or something that would lead to another thing, know what i mean.?

And also, there are those people who just really love to ruin someone else day.
Well we cant get rid of them, but we can avoid that. How?
First  things first. You have to be positive. Yes, positivity in times of real stress
and depression is as hard as swallowing a gum ball, you know.
Because we are overwhelmed by our emotions and anger, stress you name it.
And any single thing can easily crank you up. you do not want that right?
So begin with, meditating, yes this will help you. You can talk to a close friend for advice
You can also listen to soothing music, to help you relax.

Maintain a positive view on life. Why youre here, your purpose.
And realize that there are those people who wishes you well and loves you.
Surround yourself with love and the people you deeply care for.(family and real friends)
Go out and let loose! Life is supposed to be fun!
