Almost everyday i crave for White hat's yogurt, i just love it! its like guilt free ice cream with the benefits of, yeah, yogurt. :)) Enriched with protein and calcium and dairy goodness. A perfect way or substitute for ice creams.
Plus, yogurt, compared to milk is much nutritional, yogurt contains more calcium, protein, has riboflavin ( or vit. B2 which regulates red blood cell and helps maintain stronger immune system) and vitamin B 12 (helps our brain and nervous sytem function well).
It improves our body's natural defense system and is 88% water! How cool is that! It hydrates your body and your skin :)) Perfect for this hot manila weather.
I personally love White Hat's yogurt. because it taste really good and the texture and consistency is perfect, it doesnt melt right away, its not watery like tutti frutti yogurt in Centris walk and yogi berry SM the Block, does not have a powdery after taste (tutti frutti yogurt brand).
..yum! my personal favorite! White hat Bakers Hat : Cheese cake, blueberry and almond flakes toppings..
